When I logged on today, I had no idea anything was going to happen. I browsed the front page for a bit, then went searching for deviations to suggest to #ProjectComment . After a while, I noticed something strange:

...there was a "*" near my name instead of the usual "~".

Of course, I thought I had just imagined it since I had not purchased a subscription. The idea someone could have donated a subscription to me never even crossed my mind. My eyes trailed up to the top of the screen and, sure enough, I saw the words "Premium Member *FTWremy". As it turns out, =Nakushita has been kind enough to donate a subscription to me. I would like to take this time to thank =Nakushita for such a generous donation.

I just spent the last couple hours looking for a journal skin. I figured I should use some of the premium features while I can. I realize regular members can use journal skins too now, but this subscription has made me want to get off my lazy bum and actually use a skin. What do you guys think?

On a different note, last Tuesday I took my Japanese I oral exam. Unfortunately, I am the type of person who gets very nervous when doing any sort of public speaking. I guess an individual oral exam isn't exactly considered "public"... but the fact that there is a camera recording the conversation makes it just as stressful. All I can do is hope I kept enough composure to make an A on the oral. Here's looking to the written final on Monday!

Izzy and I took our Geology final today, and I have to say it is quite a relief to get that out of the way. All that is left now is my Japanese written exam on Monday, Izzy's Trigonometry exam on Wednesday, and our CIS 300 exam on Thursday. Wish us luck!

And finally, Izzy has decided to combine his account with mine, so look out for some of his art soon. Once I start uploading some of his works, I will create a separate folder just for him. Hopefully this will get him to draw more often.

Looking back on this journal entry, this has got to be the longest entry I've submitted so far. It's nice to have the time to write longer journal entries, now that the semester is ending. Good luck with finals everyone!
